Known issues: what is still broken, and what already got fixed

The publisher keeps a list of current issues with no history. The developer's announcements keep the history with no consolidated list. This page is the two joined together, so every row says open or fixed — and if it is fixed, which update fixed it and when.

Correct as of Update #6 · 2026-08-03

Why this is worth doing at all. We checked every symptom that ever disappeared from a Known Issues list against every later changelog. All six had an explicit, dated fix line. Nothing was quietly dropped — which means the developer's lists can be trusted as a status source, and that a fixed bug you read about in July really is fixed.

Still open

These 15 were listed in Update #6 on 2026-08-03 and are still carried by the publisher's support article dated 2026-08-04. If you hit one of these, it is not your setup.

Two of these can get you kicked by anti-cheat

Being flung by a Trampler collision and certain ladder interactions are both on the publisher's own open-issues list, and both can trip the anti-cheat. That means you can do everything right and still get kicked. If that is what brought you here, the anti-cheat page covers what clears it.

What this page does not cover

The publisher states · support article dated 2026-08-04

The publisher's support article carries roughly 38 further symptoms that never appeared in an announcement list, split into “frequently reported issues” with workarounds and “additional known issues we're actively investigating”.

Confirmed on a first-party surface — the developer’s Steam announcements or the publisher’s support site.

We have not reproduced those rows here, for one specific reason: the article carries a single date for the whole document, so there is no way to say when any individual symptom was added or whether it is newer than the update above. Listing them with a date we cannot support would be exactly the kind of confident-looking wrongness this site exists to avoid. Read them at the source, which is the freshest issue list the publisher maintains — dated one day after Update #6 shipped.

Controller setup

Controller support is documented by the publisher and is not a known issue. It is covered in the support portal's own setup article rather than duplicated here, because nothing about it changes per update and we would only be restating it.
