Reporting a player, reporting a bug, appealing a ban
All three routes exist and are documented by the publisher. They are just buried — which is why a lot of players are convinced there is no way to report anyone. Here is where each button actually is.

Reporting a player, mid-Expedition
Press ESC → Players List → click the player's name → Report. You can do this during the Expedition. Cheating can also be reported on the game's Discord, in the#cheater-reports channel.

That is four clicks from a key you already press to leave a match. If you have played this game for weeks believing no report function exists, you are in large company — this is the single most common thing players say is missing that is not actually missing.
Reporting a bug
Press F7 in-game to file a report instantly, or use the publisher's bug form on their support site. They ask you to check the Known Issues list first, describe the problem in detail, and attach a screenshot or video where you can.

Checking known issues first is worth doing for your own sake as much as theirs — if the symptom is already tracked, you learn that it is not your setup. Ourreconciled issues list shows what is open versus already fixed, with dates.
Appealing a ban
A fair-play ban means you cannot start the game until it is lifted. If you believe it was a mistake, the publisher has an appeal form and asks for as much detail as possible — OS, penalty duration, a direct link to your Steam account, any overlay apps (Razer Synapse, the Nvidia app, RivaTuner and similar), and any network software such as a VPN or accelerator.

Have those details ready before you start; the form asks for all of them. Note the distinction the publisher draws explicitly: being kicked mid-match for "suspicious activity" is not a ban and has a different remedy — seethe anti-cheat page.
What we will not tell you
Whether your report gets actioned, how long an appeal takes, or how bans are decided. The publisher states their team looks into every report, and that is their statement rather than our finding — we have no visibility into outcomes, and no timeline has ever been published. Anyone quoting you a turnaround time is guessing.
The question none of this answers
Whether teaming up with players outside your own crew actually breaks the rules. It is the most common fairness complaint in the game's reviews, and there is no first-party statement on it anywhere we have looked — the fair-play article covers cheating and disruptive behaviour without defining either.
So we cannot tell you whether a cross-crew alliance is a reportable offence or a legitimate tactic. You can file the report; what happens after that is not documented. We would rather say that than imply a rule exists because it would be convenient for the page.
